Navy

Well it has been a looong time since my last post, but I finally have something to say. recently i have been seriously thinking of joining the military and i have finally started my application process to the Navy. By that i mean that i am applying for a flight position in the Navy. i hope to get into the F/A-18 . It really doesnt matter to me as long as im in the air with guns. There are a lot of reason why i want to, but the main one is to get out and just experience the world. I feel as if i have been taking my country for granted I really want to Searve my Country. I would want to do the S.E.A.L. team if i could, but i dont think that i could get my parents to approve that one. I dont know who even keeps up with my blog, but this is basicly what is going on.. i figured im single dont have any prospective women or anything might as well do it now retire at 42 and have the military benifits. I am Finally starting commercial operations and hopefully will get my commercial quickly. School is wearing me out... If i had a choice i would join the Navy now and go and not do school, but i dont want to go in and not be an Officer. 1.) Less money. 2.) Poor Decision. 3.) would be a plebe/scum/grunt/loser lol. well Hopefully it will work out so if anyone is there pray that i get a flight position and that there arent any medical problems with me that would prevent me from getting in. Well today i went to the bookstore looking for some books.. i know i know.. me reading.. then i looked at the shelves and noticed that there was only 3 shelves of books for Macs
After i saw that i decided i was going to see how many microsoft windows computer books there were. As anyone could imagine there were hundreds.
This shows me 1. that Mac's are easier to use. there are just as many books as there are times that the machine will crash! Anyways that is a post.

Hey guys... wow i am really bad at keeping up with this. im working on starting my own website.. and having my own URL which would be sweet. Lately i havent been doing anything really at all except school.. ive been doing a lot of weightlifting... Hey guys i got back from winter park a little bit ago... ok at least a week ago, but i dont have a video to put up because im not finished its going to be a end of the year video.. a compile of all the times that we did snowboard that year.. so far it is looking good, but i will put up a picture.. i think its pretty sweet.. we had a blast there in Winter Park. Our room got upgraded for free, and there was a hot tub with beautiful ladies lol. not really usually it was just little kids running and splashing us.. then we went to my grandparents for New Years and that was... interesting... na it was good.. had fun seeing my cousins and all my aunt and uncles lol.. well hope everyone is in good heath.

Well these are K-state's new Aircraft... not really the Marines flew these in to get us to join... almost worked... if it was only the Navy i might have signed papers right then! These are very sweet aircraft.. they dont have a stall speed. one of the pilots said that he was doing 35 knot airspeed and 5 knot ground speed. which is something that a Cessna can't do! ooh boy this was probly the best day ever because i got to sit in the cockpit of this beast.. i asked him if i could steal it... he said no.lol well hope everyone is doing good.. ill talk to you guys later. comment on this.. please.. lol

Well last night I flew to Kansas City and had a blast.. i met this great girl who is in the picture. Showed her the airplane and went out to eat... you can't beat that. Flying there and back in one night.. well worth the trip! Hey guys... well yesterday i went up and flew with Josh my instructor and did some aerobatic manuevers. It was awesome... i got the chance to video tape the manuevers from the inside of the airplane... we did more spins than i have ever imagined... i can now do spins and rolls... im excited... its so much fun im going to be making a video of all of the stuff we did and will be posing it on my website. if you have any questions on these things... hope everyone is doing good.. please pray for some school stuff. im stressed about a couple classes. talk to you guys later.

Well guess what? as im sure you can guess i got the new iPod the one that plays video. boy is it nice. i use it all the time... its so nice when im driving to have it and switch songs at a press of a button. i cant wait till im able to use it on trips and airplanes. lol in other news I have finally passed my Instrument Check ride. boy that feels like such a burden lifted off my shoulders. Ive never felt more acomplished. also i have made a new friend that has encouraged me in ways only Titus has in previous times. Its amazing to me how God puts the people in your life that you need at just the right time. i would have never expected anythin like this to happen, but im not complaining... its more like I'm praising Him. hope everyone else is doing well. call me and let me know i got to admit guys i do like phone calls ... makes me feel special lol. <><

Wow... Apple came out again with something amazing... who would have guessed. they made a press release for a few things the new iMac G5 and then also with the new iPod. They changed the iMac a little and made them thinner and with a remote to the screan... another amazing thing because not only is it all in the screen but now its thinner. and now with the iPod they made that more like the nano because they made it smaller and thinner. along with that they added the feature of videos yes now you cann transport videos that you want to watch on the ipod.. or video podcast.. this is awesome cause i can think of time that id like to watch my video along with listening to the podcast. To compensate for the small screen they made it bigger. Looks like i got a new thing to add onto my Christmas/birthday list.

Well its been awhile since my last post so i thought i might try to catch everyone up.. basicly ive been goin to school... its been ... Well this week has been odd.. i have been so withdrawn.. i just dont know what to do about anything anymore.. school is stressfull. as usual. but this weekend was really good i got to play tennis with my mom ... i almost beat her.. lol ya right. then i played ping pong and came back and beat her.. so that was good. then i had to come back to school.. that kinda sucked. my progress check was cancled today because of clouds so i had to reschedual another one. I went to Metro East the new church that im attending.. and its awesome. there are a few people i know that are MY AGE... its a novelty. its been awesome.. it makes me excited to go to church again. This friday we have Friday night at the Met at my old church yes i still do it and play for them. its fun i just wish that there was people that came ( at least the ones that arent already envolved). i have decided that i want to use Aerobatics as a ministry tool. i want to fly airshows and then talk to the kids and adults about Christ.. i even have a name for the group. picture this... "The Flying Fish" and on the bottom of the aircraft there would be a picture icthus with aviator wings on the side. i think it would be pretty sweet... and the aircraft haas to be an extra 300L (which is pictured above) . well i better go.. pray for that and for school.. hope you guys are doing great also comment.. i miss them.

Well Friday i went up and did my last cross country with Josh... after we got done i was about ready to drive back to Wichita but Josh persuaded me (he didnt have to do much persuading) to go and do some aerobatics with him.. i must say it was AWESOME. we were up about ready to start doing loops and rolls but we noticed Jeff a friend of ours who was doing a lesson with a new student. so we decided to come up along next to them and kinda fly in formation.. it was pretty cool then we fliped the airplane and flew inverted next to him.. now that was awesome. Jeff then said he had a camera so he pulled that out and we passed him inverted again. so hopefully soon i will be able to get that picture on here soon. hope everyone is doing good... and hope fully school is gong well for all those school bound kids like me. well im out.. later yall

Well.. the other day i went cloud hopping and flew from Salina to Kansas City and then to Emporia then back to Salina and all of it was in the couds it was awesome. it too about 4 hours to fly there and back.. but it was awesome.. we had so much fun just going through the clouds and shooting approaches. I hope that sometime i will be able to share that with people by being able to take them up. if anyone wants a ride... let me know and ill see what i can do...

Hey everyone.. i got to go to the lake again.. it was awesome untill i fell on another doc and hurt my heel oh well right. its been a good day. hopefully i will be able to go to have some more summer fun. looking back on this summer it has been awesome. i really dont want it to end i just wish i could go and live on this again. i hope soon i will be able to get a motorcycle. i have been working for it and i think i might have earned some more money for it.. hopefully i willl be able to. i really want to ride a sport bike again. my dads bike really doesnt do the trick. i just need to figure out whats going on there so i can get that and start having fast fun. lol i have been flying some this summer but i hope i will be able to go and fly to Denver soon. well i better get going.. hope ill see you soon.

Wow today was a great day.. till the end.. i went to the lake .. had a blast.. i fell once so hard the board poped off my feet.. it hurt so bad.. my body feesl broken.. but well worth it. i did tubing as well and it was awesome we killed eachother on it. and next weekend were going to do it again. Im so excited about it. but now im paying for all the fun we had.. fun really does come at a price. it will be hurting for a long time to come. but hopefully this will be the last time of falling. then i get back and it just seems like no matter what i try to do for people they dont like me anyways.. nothin i do is good enough for them... i love this person to death and no matter what i do they dont see it or care... it kills me. its really depressing. loveing someone and themnot caring a wit about you.... oh well i guess you get use to it ... right?

Well tonight i went to a movie... it was Awesome. today i had the best day ever. i went to VBS at my church and got the info on the mormon religion and also found out that my churchs sound booth is made up of 3 different Mac computers. iMac G5, Mini Mac, and iBook. all of which are really good computers. and im excited cause they asked me to help them out and work with them on Video edditing, sound editing and soon you will hopefully be able to listen to the pastors sermon on iTunes Podcasting. And yours truely will be hosting and making each of these.. im so EXCITED. Josh your going to have to help me out alot with the Web design stuff. we still need to do some mac stuff.
The other day a guy came up to me and asked 'why do you carry your computer everywhere?" i replied "your a windows user arent you?" He said "yes" I said "... well i use a Mac thats why i carry it around everywhere." ... after all they called me a macist they said it ment that im computer racist ... i agreed lol

Hey wow let me tell you i had probly the best time on the cruise.. i met so many different people and did so many different things.. i ice skated (yes on a boat) i rock climbed i did scuba diving(through these sweet coral tunnels) it was so sweet. i found out alot of stuff about my cousin to.. stuff that i wish i wouldnt have.. i tried to dance .. realized i am still white and cant dance but its ok. I met this guy named Jermaine O'neil i guess he is a famous Basketball player for the Indian Pacers but who would of know right Josh, lol. i met this guy on my flight that went to Kstate at Salina too.. and his name was Andrew.. lol he works at Ratheyon now.. but he was cool we talked about aircraft for a long time. well only 2 hours cause thats how long the flight was. but i must say that being home is a good feeling even if it was great to be on the ship. hopefully soon i wil be able to put some of my pictures on this so it will be SWEEET.. anyways ill talk to you guys later IM me if you want to talk more about my wonderful trip. lol

Wow.. i just got back from a motorcycle ride and it was fun.. a good ride is to lake afton.. i know its not the furthest but once you get to the lake you can just go around the lake and its full of twist and turns. and good scenry. hopefully ill be able to get a bike of my own soon. and not have to borrow my dads bike. plus his bike is a cruiser so its not very fast and you can't go through turns fast.. but in the sport bikes you can.. lol. tomorow hopefully i will start flying again. and be able to finish this progress check.. since i didnt get to do it last week. pray for me..

Well today was a weird day.. i went swimming for like 4 hours with my neighbor. it was a good time.. did anyone know i kicked butt at water vollyball.. cause i do... very much so. booya .lol i went for a ride on my dads motorcycle and yah it was sweet. i saw my flight partner Sean on his GSX it was pretty exciting.. anyways hope everyone out there in bordom land is having fun..

Well today i woke up at like 1 because the night before we had the bonfire... that was alot of fun. Titus's brother and sister were out in the barn watching me trying to do bar spins on his bicycle. pretty stinking awesome. Tomorow is fathers day and i finally got his card... oh man today i finished my cousins wedding video. and it is awesome. i have the THX thing come up and play with the sound effects that i have in it... aww just so sweet. lol i wish i could post it on this.. cause that would be pretty sweet. today was basicly useless. i did nothin and just played around with my computer which is great but just really wanted someone to just be there. anyways its late and i need to sleep ... or try.. sweet dreams to you all.. later gators..

Hey yall... boy i feel really country. well today i thought i was going to go fly.... turns out that the girl that was going to do my progress check cancled it because her kid had a fever and was sick. soo therefore Andrew isnt flying today.. so that kinda sucks. i was up late last night talking to Josh about Mac OSX Tiger.. if anyone out there has windows computer... get a Mac... it is awesome. so much better than the stupid windows. i hope that soon i will be able to go wakeboarding... or snowboarding i know what your thinking "snow...there is no snow" i know but i just want to. I leave the 25th of this month to go to Miami for a cruise i am very happy for that.. welll its time for me to be productive or at least thats what im always told. later yall

Hey its me again. i know all you computer geeks out there have me on RSS(cough josh cough). lol well tomorow i go to Salina again to go fly.. ive been flying instrument approaches and doing pretty good on them, but lately it has gotten harder. tomorow is my progress check ... that is kinda a graded flight... but hopefully i do good on that so i can move on and get my instrument rating. well its late and i have to fly tomorow either at 3 or 3:30 .. oh yah and the new ichat qualifications SUCK!!!... dual G4 prosessor .. ga that sucks. hopefully Jon will get the new iMac G5! please???? well ill talk to you hopefully sooner.. hopefuly ill remember to write in this thing! see you guys later.
